Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Mobile Mark’s eStore can estimate shipping charges and add them to your total, or you can provide us with your shipping account number and your shipper will charge you directly for the shipping.
Our standard method of shipping is UPS. Several UPS options are available at check-out including: Ground, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air for customers in the US and Canada or Worldwide Express for customers outside that area, such as the UK. PLEASE NOTE: UPS Shipping Options Only Guarantee Service for "Business Day" Deliveries.
Please be aware that our antennas are manufactured to order ( BUILT-TO-ORDER, WE HOLD NO STOCK ) and shipping times apply after the products are manufactured. Given current supply chain challenges, production lead times are currently running 3 - 6 weeks after the order is processed and then products would be shipped by the method, e.g. “overnight” or “ground”, that you select.
Please note that your credit card will only be billed at the time your order is ready to ship out. Credit card payments are handled by a third party processor. For your privacy and protection, the Credit Card industry regulations limit the amount of time credit card information can be held. If your order takes more than 30 days to process, we will work with you to repossess the information.
Many of our customers choose to provide us with their company’s customer shipping account number for UPS, FedEx or DHL. We will use your shipping account number and the shipper will bill you directly.
If you wish to use a shipper other than UPS, FedEx or DHL, please send us the information and we will work directly with you to see if we can arrange shipping.
If you choose “Customer supplied shipping number”, your shipping charges will register as $0.00 on the eStore invoice, and you will be billed directly by your shipper.
